Soothe Arthritis Pain
Mix up some Quaker Oats to soothe arthritis pain. Just mix 2 cups of oatmeal and 1 cup of water in a bowl and heat in the microwave for one minute; let the mixture cool slightly before applying it to the affected area.

Thanks for the information! I can wait to try this to my grandmother and see the smile in her face.

Wow! That’s kinda easy, I’ll try this with my father at home. Thank you so much.

Well I never heard of this method before! I’ll be showing my own visitors this page for them to take a look as well.
Many thanks,
Marcus

Oatmeal at least 1/2 cup a day – old fashioned oats not the quick kind,
has literally taken my painful arthritis away. I don’t put them on the hands i have that are arthritic, i eat it with a little nonfat milk and sugar substitute as I am a type 1 diabetic. It has taken about 1 month of eating the oatmeal for this to happen – no pain, no pills either. Yahoo
